When someone enters the room and immediately demands your undivided attention due to their charisma and confident demeanour then it’s just more than probable that this person will be a Leo.
Real Leos don't just walk, but stride proudly and enjoy being the centre of attention while ruled by the sun, their birth star, and letting their light shine graciously on their fellow men and women. Leos are usually the best and with all that self-confidence – which they are simply born with—they don’t like it at all when jealous fellow star signs irritate them and don’t give them the respect they, in their own opinion, deserve.
Some Leos are even accused of being arrogant and bigheaded by certain malicious tongues, but they aren’t really doing them justice due to the simple fact that Leos have just got a real heart of gold. Leos would never think of simply inconsiderately stepping over someone who’s down, but would always nobly hold out their hand and help them up again.
He can be especially loving to those around him and even lets them get away with quite a few things as long as they repay him with some praising remarks every now and again.
But if you think the Leo is just a born taker then you are very much mistaken. It gives him just as much pleasure to give others gifts as to receive them and he is known to dig deep into his pockets when it comes to giving presents. His satisfaction knows no bounds when he sees the smiles on the faces of those who have received his gifts.
Leos are just used to thinking big and it’s no wonder to anyone that they generally aspire to a more upper-class lifestyle whenever possible. Going shopping according to the motto “La dolce Rolex", the Leo always instinctively looks for the more expensive items no matter whether it’s clothes, cosmetics, furniture or even a car they’re buying!
Leos simply need enough space to develop themselves according to their inner greatness. Preferably they like to socialise wherever they can present themselves in all their glory especially if it’s against a backdrop of glitz and glamour. They love it most when all spotlights and heads are turned towards them and their fantastic outfits straightened - and the pièce de resistance is if the red carpet is rolled out in their honour.
They ceaselessly love to put on a show while giving the impression that they are always players on the stage life, although they do make sure that they always bag the role of the diva or emperor and play it to the hilt! Without his audience, the Leo has but half the fun and that’s why he just loves having his adoring fan club around him, who give him those all important standing ovations.
However, noblesse oblige, and that's why Leos are prepared to take on the leading role in all kinds of projects and thus give proof of their strong organisational talent.
If, however, he’s been overlooked for some reason or if he’s not in the spotlight of everyday life, the Leo, feeling deeply troubled and humiliated, will go inside himself, yet also attempt to put on as brave and dignified a face as possible to the outside world even in this most awkward of situations.
Just like the lions in the African savannah, Leos also enjoy lying around doing nothing all day. They are perfect at delegating and love getting others to do their work for them so they’ve got enough time to do much more important things than just hard, back-breaking work.
But we always tend to forgive them quickly for their love of the good life and their certain airs and graces, because we always feel deeply warmed by their natural cordiality.
