No other star sign is plagued by such hefty mood swings as are Cancerians. They can come over them in a moment and they can simply be up one minute and down the next – like a rollercoaster. One of the Cancerian’s undisputed features has to be that he loves to have a cosy nest where he can live out his need to collect weird and wonderful things to his heart’s content and that's why so many strange items, which are all of sentimental value to him, take pride of place in his abode.
With a great deal of love and devotion he is easily able to transform even the most grotty-looking shack into a cosy snug where he enjoys spending his days absorbed in thought lounging about on the sofa dreaming up his flights of fancy, licking his emotional wounds or spoiling his loved ones.
Cancerians are really family-oriented and always want to make sure that their family’s doing fine. Cancerians can really suffer almost physically if things are rocky at home. In cases like this the Cancerian will leave no stone unturned to sort things out and will not rest until everything is back to normal.
Many Cancerians are also known to be excellent cooks and chefs.
Cancerians are in their element in the kitchen creating and conjuring up tasty dishes in just few minutes and they are extremely proud and overjoyed when the person trying their culinary attempts shows how satisfied they actually are with what they are eating.
All this love of eating means that Cancerians don’t really like getting themselves weighed very often, because the consequences of giving in to all those culinary temptations soon becomes all too clear!
Cancerians are definitely not the sort to be daring gamblers. On the contrary, they have a great need to feel secure and that’s why they avoid any kind of risk like the plague and moving can simply reduce them to fits of nerves.
If Cancerians should feel like going on holiday they aren't the type to decide on last-minute packages, but are more likely to choose a place they went to the year before. They like familiar surroundings, because they are always looking for security.
They are notoriously bad at dealing with new developments, reacting somewhat pig-headedly if confronted with deeds that are irreversible which they hadn't planned for. Cancerians suffer, because they tend to take everything too personally, which is something that is not only directed at others, but also more often than not at themselves as well, thus resulting in them feeling really quite sick to their stomach – quite literally.
They are not the most eloquent of speakers who are able to express their resentment in verbal slanging matches, nor are they like choleric tempered people, who simply slam a few doors behind them and they don’t go around breaking a Ming vase or two just to cool down. No, such behaviour isn't the Cancerian’s style – they are more sensitive.
Their tactics are more likely to take on the form of a positive retreat, which usually leaves others with a huge question mark. So it can be legitimately said that the Cancerian has got the fine art of passive resistance down to perfection! As this is his chosen method of keeping anything that may seem slightly awkward at arm’s length. Friendliness and smiles will get you a long way with a Cancerian!
